WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship anywhere within Canada by Purolator, excluding P.O. Boxes.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY?
Once your order has been registered in our system, you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding the items you have bought. It’s important that you review this e-mail as it’s the way to be sure there hasn’t been any error during the process of the order. If you are a registered user, you will be able to find the order details in your account.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order is submitted, it goes directly to the warehouse where it is processed. This prevents us from being able to accept requests for cancellation or order changes.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept MC, Visa, AMEX, and Apple Pay.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The transit time ranges from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Sales and holidays may affect these estimates. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please reach out to us at info@tonipons.ca.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately exchanges are not possible.

There is a 30 day return window.
